Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayajili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. tayajili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact tayajili support immediately via live chat.
tayajili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
All financial transactions on tayajili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. tayajili does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment arrangements.
The minimum deposit on tayajili is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. tayajili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. tayajili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. tayajili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tayajili reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. tayajili's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayajili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Upon account closure, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tayajili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. tayajili's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tayajili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
tayajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tayajili will notify registered members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tayajili support prior to the effective date of the change.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the tayajili Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. tayajili aims to resolve all member disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
